RESPONSIBILITIES & RESOURCES

Property Manager Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

• Grow your business and scale your portfolio: Identify and sign new property homeowners/investors
• Oversee and manage the physical operations and maintenance of each property
• Manage and exceed the expectations of Owners and Guests
• Be the point of contact for guests from check-in to check-out
• Build a network of real estate agent relationships and develop a referral network
• Be a community ambassador and advocate of vacation rentals in the market
• Utilize the robust technology stack and lead opportunities for business development and communications with your team

Business Development to Grow Portfolio and Retain Owners &

Back Office Support for Business Efficiency

• Exclusive property referral partnership with leading local brokers
• Robust CRM and prospect database (Hubspot)

COMPENSATION
